Shipping and Return Policy

***IMPORTANT- To receive orders before Thanksgiving, all 3 day orders must be in by 11/18 at 2:00PM EST. All 2 day orders must be in by 11/19 at 2:00PM EST. Orders placed after these deadlines will ship on 12/2.***

We do not accept returns due to bio-security concerns. It is the customer’s responsibility to discard any spoiled feeders.

Contents must be opened and inspected on day of delivery. If product is found spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to resolve. Refunds are addressed via replacement items or store credit only.

Orders for 3 and 4 day transit are shipped Monday only and must be placed by 2:00pm EST on Monday for same week shipping. *3 and 4 day zones will not ship on any weeks containing a federal holiday/UPS closure and will be held until the following Monday.

Orders shipped to 2 day transit zones are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and must be placed by 2:00pm EST on Tuesday for same week shipping.

Orders shipped to 1 day transit zones are shipped Monday-Wednesday and must be placed by 2:00pm EST on Wednesday for same week shipping.
